Our company follows a strict return policy.

The customer is required to inspect the parcel upon delivery, read the return policy, and promptly notify us of any errors in the order.

Returns, at the customer’s discretion, are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the products.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The customer is required to return the product in appropriate packaging (e.g. a box) so that it reaches the company in the same condition as when it was sent.

In the case of a return at the customer’s discretion, the company is obliged to refund the amount to the customer only via bank transfer and to send the proof of refund to the customer’s email. If the product is damaged during the return, additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

In the event of an error on the company’s part, the customer must notify the company immediately so that the error can be corrected. In this case, return shipping costs are borne by the company.

In the event of damage, breakage, or a defective product, the customer is required to photograph the parcel and send the photos to the company’s email so that the replacement process can begin. The replacement process may take up to three (3) business days.

As proper storage of the products— in a dry and shaded place away from sunlight—after leaving our company is the customer’s responsibility, and since the company cannot ensure that appropriate storage conditions have been maintained, the return of defective products is not possible after two (2) months from the date of purchase.

Products with dosage instructions printed on the packaging are non-returnable.

Products that have been opened or altered in any way are non-returnable.
