Orders for Greece

Products can be shipped anywhere within Greece, specifically to the address indicated in the customer’s order, via courier service. Delivery times for areas outside major cities may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Shipping and delivery services operate daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Domestic shipments are dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability.
For deliveries within the city of Athens, same-day delivery may be available with an additional charge.

ELZE informs customers promptly regarding product availability and estimated delivery time once the order is completed.

In the event of insufficient stock, the customer will be informed about future availability or alternative solutions, always with the customer’s consent.

ELZE bears no responsibility for delays or damages caused by force majeure.

Return Policy

Any exchange is accepted within 14 calendar days, using the cooperating courier company.
Products must be returned in the same condition as received, unopened, with intact packaging and labels.

No exchanges are accepted for promotional or discounted products.
For exchanges, the customer bears the cost of return shipping as well as the cost of the subsequent shipment.
The total charge is collected upon delivery of the second shipment.

If the customer chooses a different shipping method or courier company, all costs are borne exclusively by the customer.
In case of violation of the Terms of Use, exchanges will not be accepted.
All exchanges are carried out only after timely communication with the company.

Used products or products damaged due to customer fault will not be accepted, and the company bears no responsibility in such cases.
For orders outside Greece, charges apply depending on the total order value.

Order cancellation is possible only before shipment or collection of the products.
