ORDERS FOR GREECE

Products can be shipped anywhere within Greece, specifically to the address you indicate in your order, via courier service. Delivery times for areas outside major cities may vary depending on location and the courier’s capabilities at that time. Shipping and delivery services are carried out daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • Courier service with customer charge for countries outside Greece

Shipments are dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability, for domestic orders*.
ELZE promptly informs customers about product availability and the estimated delivery time once the order is completed.

ELZE bears no responsibility for delays or damages caused by force majeure.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • For the purchase of any products, regardless of order value, shipping costs are €3.00.

  • For remote areas and island destinations, shipping costs are €5.00, regardless of the total order value**.

  • For orders selected for in-store pickup, there are no shipping charges. You have 14 business days from the order date to collect your order. After this period, the order is canceled.

*Delivery times may vary for remote areas, as well as for the Dodecanese and the Eastern Aegean. Additionally, due to severe weather conditions—especially during winter—minor delays may occur (e.g. sailing bans).

*Specifically for remote areas, if the volume or weight of the products is considerable, we will contact you to inform you of any additional shipping charges that may apply.
